Madeline Dopp showed she is ready for the MIAC Cross Country meet two weeks from now. The junior was the top Hamline finisher at the Tori Neubauer Invite in La Crosse, Wis. Saturday. Dopp toured the 6K course in 23:41 to place 44th in the 298 runner field. She was followed by Helen Dolan, who came in 54th in 23:59. Bernadette Hayden (pictured) was 63rd (24:10) with Meg Griffin close behind at 67th (24:24). Alyssa Nash rounded out the HU scoring with a 78th place finish (24:34).

As a team, Hamline recorded 306 points, good for 11th place in the prestigious 21 team field. 

The Pipers have two weeks to ready themselves for the MIAC meet, which will take place October 28 at St. Olaf.
