As usual, Lynsey Reimer was all over Hutton Arena last Saturday. Last year's MIAC Co-Defensive Player Of The Year came up with 75 digs as the Pipers improved to 7-0 with a trio of victories. HU defeated UW-River Falls, 3-1 and then swept UW-Superior and Crown by 3-0 tallies. Reimer was a big reason why as the Pipers kept their status as the only MIAC team not to lose a match this year.

The Iowan leads the MIAC with an aqverage of 6.64 digs per set. She is also third in overall digs with 146 -- a figure that is even more impressive when you consider she has particfipated in five fewer sets than the pair ahead of her.

Lynsey continues to climb her way up the ladder of the Piper record book. Her current average of 4.94 digs per set is juyst .02 behind the alltime standard set by Jenna Witt, who played here from 2003-06. HU is off this weekend and opens MIAC play Septembger 17 against Carleton.
