            It was an impressive day for Nick Kampa this past weekend in Moorhead. The senior wide receiver posted career high 11 receptions for 141 yards and one touchdown in Saturday’s 34-14 loss to Concordia College. The senior also caught a two-point conversion pass.

            This weekend’s past performance was Kampa’s second time this year surpassing the 100 yard receiving mark. He currently leads the team in total receiving yards at 476 on the year while also grabbing three touchdown grabs, which currently ranks third on the team.

            Kampa and the Pipers, who are currently 4-2 overall and 2-2 in the MIAC, will travel to top ranked St. Thomas (6-0) overall next Saturday October 22, for a 1:10 p.m. start. The next Pipers home game will be Saturday October 29, against Augsburg. Game time at Klas Field is set for 1:00 p.m.
