Matt Seracki got his senior tennis season off to a flying start Sunday. The Blaine, Minn. native won his singles and doubles match in impressive fashion as Hamline overwhelmed Wis-Superior, 5-0.Â
Playing No. 2 singles, Seracki handled the Yellowjackets' Leo Paredes, 6-2, 6-3. He then teamed with Jake Trondson for an 8-5 win in No. 1 doubles.Â
One of five seniors on the team, Matt figures to be busy this weekend. The Pipers travel to Wis-Eau Claire on Friday, February 16 for a 6:00 p.m. match. They face Morningside and Bethany Lutheran the next day at the U of Minnesota at 11:30 a.m.
