Lynsey Reimer rarely is inthe same place for long on a volleyball court. She has been among the leaders all season in the MIAC in Digs, currently ranked 4th with 351 and 5th with an average of 4.74 per set. Last Saturday, she passed a milestone when she became the 9th player in HU history to record 1,000 digs in a match against La Verne in Colorado Springs. For her career, Lynsey is 9th overall with 1,007.
She is on pace to go over 500 digs for the season -- something that has happened just 10 times in school history. The junior has had 16 double digit dig efforts, including five of 20+ and two of 30+.
The Pipers are 12-9 overall and over .500 for the first time in MIAC play for the first time since 2007 with a 3-2 record.
