Maggie Gibson really got into the swing of things last Saturday. The freshman women's tennis player netted three wins as Hamline defeated UM-Crookston, 5-4 and Bethany Lutheran, 9-0, to improve to 3-5 on the season. 

Maggie teamed up with Lilli Dennison for an 8-2 win at No. 3 doubles and then came back for a 6-4, 6-4 win at No. 5 singles in the morning match with the Golden Eagles. 

She came back that night for a 6-0, 6-0 win in singles against BLC. The Elk Mound, Wis. native returns to the court March 15 when the Pipers face St. Mary's.
