CHS Field
The downtown St. Paul ballpark is home to Hamline Piper Baseball and the St. Paul Saints Baseball Club of the American Association of Independent Professional Baseball. CHS Field is one of the premier facilities in all of collegiate baseball and in 2019, it was named Ballpark of the Decade for Independent Baseball by BallparkDigest.com.
The 7,210 seat ballpark opened in 2015 and features a professionally-maintained natural grass playing surface, lights, digital video board, batter’s eye, padded outfield wall, indoor batting cages, weight room, athletic training facilities, and a 360-degree concourse.
CHS Field is also home to the Hamline Piper Baseball Clubhouse. The Hamline clubhouse features pro-style lockers, cable TV, WiFi, leather sofas, ping pong table, and coaches’ locker room.
It also houses the St. Paul Saints Clubhouse as well as a visitors clubhouse and locker room facilities for umpires. CHS Field has hosted the MIAC Baseball Playoffs since 2018.
