Career at Hamline 
2021: Named to the MIAC All-Academic Team … participated in nine meets during the 2021 season … competed at the MIAC Championships in the 800-meter run, placing 18^th with a time of 2:01.47 … won the 800-meter run at Bethel on Feb. 27, finishing in 2:04.24 … recorded his fastest 800-meter run time of the season at the Tommie Twilight on May 5, crossing the line in 2:00.58 … ran the 1500-meter run at the Hamline Easter Eve Invite on April 3, taking third with a time of 4:39.10.

2020: Participated in six indoor meets during his sophomore season … ran in two relays at the MIAC Championships, contributing to the 4x400m (3:39.95) and the Distance Medley Relay (11:28.00) … started off the year at the SJU Alumni Meet on Jan. 25, finishing in 11^th in the mile with a time of 4:51.17 … helped the 4x400m relay team place third at the Meet of Hearts on Feb. 15, recording a time of 3:38.24 … ran a new personal best in the 1000m (2:40.77) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 22, which was good for ninth place.
 
Also runs on the cross country team at Hamline.
