2019: Named to the MIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in six races throughout his sophomore season … posted a career-best 8k time at the Blugold Invitational on Oct. 4, finishing in 27:13.2 … opened the season with a new career-best in the four-mile, completing the Twin Cities Twilight course in 22:23.7 on Aug. 30 … finished in the top-100 at the MIAC Championships, recording a time of 27:13.9 to place 74th on Nov. 2.
