Mahtomedi Senior High School: In addition to track and field, also played volleyball and participated in church youth group.
 
Career at Hamline 
2021: Competed in 11 different meets throughout the 2021 season, compiling nine finishes within the top five and two event wins … started the indoor season with a win in the shot put at Bethel on Jan. 23, hitting a distance of 11.92 meters … won the shot put again at the Hamline Easter Eve Invite, tallying a season-best distance of 13.15 meters … scored at the MIAC Championships on May 14-15 with an eighth-place finish in the shot put (11.90 meters).

2020: Named a USTFCCCA All-American after qualifying for the NCAA Championships in the shot put (the meet was canceled due to COVID-19) … won the a MIAC title in the shot put, recording a new personal best with a distance of 13.94 at the MIAC Championships in late February … won the shot put in three other meets, while also taking second in the weight throw in three meets … opened the season at the Saint Benedict Alumni Meet with a first-place finish in the shot put (12.52m) and a third-place finish in the weight throw (14.58) … also won the shot put at the Hamster Invite (13.53m), while recording a personal best in the weight throw (15.28m) which was good for second place … finished first in the shot put at the St. Olaf Invitational on Feb. 21, with a distance of 12.49m, while taking second in the weight throw with a distance of 14.63m.
 
Outside athletics: Majoring in Communications, with a minor in Psychology.
