2021: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season … earned All-Conference honors in the 5000-meter run, finishing third with a time of 14:52.27 … compiled four first-place finishes on the year … started the season with a first-place finish in the 5000-meter run with a time of 15:11.54 at the Hamline Easter Eve Invite on April 3 … added a career-best time in the 1500 at his next meet, winning the event with a time of 4:05.40 at the Kent Stahly Invitational on April 17 … hit a new career-best in 5000-meter run at the Hamline Showcase, winning the event with a time of 14:35.63.

2020: Named a USTFCCCA All-American after qualifying for the NCAA Championship meet in the mile (the event was canceled due to COVID-19) … earned two All-Conference Honors, finishing with a pair of personal bests in the mile (4:14.79) to finish third and in the 3000m (8:31.14) to finish second at the MIAC Championships … competed in the 3000m race in two other meets, winning the race at the Mark Schuck Open on Jan. 31 with a time of 8:42.85 and placing third at the Meet of Hearts on Feb. 15 with a time of 8:39.46 … won the mile (4:17.84) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 22 … placed third in the 1000m (2:34.67) at the Hamster Invitational on Feb. 7.
