Biography

2020: Participated in four meets during his first indoor season … opened the year at the SJU Alumni Meet, running the mile in 5:23.32 … placed seventh in the 1000m at the Meet of Hearts on Feb. 15, finishing in 2:56.58 … posted his best mile time of the year (5:04.97) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 22.
 
Also runs on the cross country team at Hamline.
