2021: Earned All-America honors after placing eighth in the shot put at the NCAA Outdoor Championships on May 29 with a distance of 16.42 meters … named to the All-Region team, ranking first in the Central Region in the shot put … won a MIAC title with a mark of 17.11 meters … named to the MIAC All-Academic Team … ranks third on the Hamline outdoor all-time list with a distance of 17.20 meters … won the shot put at the D-III Elite Indoor Championships with a career-best distance of 17.34 meters … tallied nine shot put wins during the year … recorded a distance of 17 meters or more in six different meets.

2020: Named a USTFCCCA All-American after qualifying for the NCAA Championships in the shot put with the sixth-best distance in the country (the meet was canceled due to COVID-19) … named to the MIAC All-Academic Team … earned All-Conference honors after winning the shot put with a personal best throw of 17.32m at the MIAC Championships … opened the season at the Mark Schuck Open on Jan. 31, winning the shot put (including beating several Division II competitors) with a distance of 16.77m … also won the event at the Hamster Invitational on Feb. 7 with a mark of 16.98.
