Centennial High School: Awarded two All-Conference and three All-Conference Honorable Mention honors during her prep cross country career … ranks eighth in school history for fastest 4k and third for fastest 5k … went to state with her team in 2014 and participated as an individual in 2015 … recognized with an All-State Academic honor in 2015 … earned All-Conference awards in the 1600m and 3200m during track season … went to state in basketball in 2014 … member of the A Honor Roll.

Career at Hamline 
2021: Named to the MIAC All-Academic Team … ran a variety of distance events for the Pipers during the 2021 season … recorded her best 800-meter time of the season at Bethel on Feb. 27, finishing eighth with a time of 2:40.84 … ran her fastest 5000-meter race at the Kent Stahly Invitational, finishing second with a time of 20:55.79 … competed in the 10000-meter run at the MIAC Championships, finishing in 44:46.30 to place 19^th.

2020: Competed in six meets during the indoor season … opened the year with a seventh-place finish in the mile at the Saint Benedict Alumni Meet, finishing in 5:54.42 … ran her best 1000m race (3:21.58) at the Meet of Hearts on Feb. 15, finishing fifth … put up a PR in the mile at the St. Olaf Invitational the following weekend with a time of 5:43.38 … member of the Distance Medley Relay (DMR) squad that placed 10^th at the MIAC Championships with a time of 13:31.23.
