South Milwaukee High School: Named to the All-Conference Second Team her junior year and the Third Team her sophomore year … qualified for the State Meet her junior season … received the Iron Rocket Award … graduated with high honors … also participated in track and field, student council, and Madrigal Choir.

Career at Hamline
2022: Competed in the MIAC indoor meet running with a team in the distance medley placing 10th with a time of 14:00.81... Named to the MIAC academic all-conference team.

2021: Named to the MIAC All-Academic Team … opened the year with a fifth-place finish in the 3000-meter run at Bethel on Jan. 23, finishing in 11:45.85 … recorded a new personal-best in the 3000-meter run at Bethel on Feb. 27 with a time of 11:12.50 … added a new career-best in the 800-meter run (2:36.53) at the Kent Stahly Invitational on April 17 … ran her fastest 1500-meter race at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on May 1, finishing in 5:19.43 … set a new career-best in the 5000-meter run (19:25.17) at the Tommie Twilight on May 5 … finished 28^th at the MIAC Championships in the 5000-meter run with a time of 20:38.50.

2020: Participated in five meets during her first indoor season … opened the year at the Saint Benedict Alumni Meet, running the 800m race in 2:48.70 … took almost eight seconds off that time at the Hamster Invitational on Feb. 7, putting up a personal best 800m with a time of 2:40.90 … had her best 1000m race at the St. Olaf Invitational on Feb. 21, finishing in 3:27.17 … raced in the Distance Medley Relay (DMR) at the MIAC Championships, where the team took 10^th with a time of 13:31.23.
 
Also runs on the cross country team at Hamline.

Outside athletics: Majoring in Legal Studies … earned a spot on the Dean’s List … member of the Law and Justice Society.
