Biography
Kewaunee High School: Named the conference track and field MVP four times … qualified for the State Track and Field Meet six times … graduated in the top-10% of her class … honored with the Distinguished Scholar Athlete Award … also participated in volleyball, basketball, National Honor Society (NHS), Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), TMAD, and Student Council.
Career at Hamline
2021: Named to the All-Region Team in the javelin, ranking fifth in the central region with a distance of 40.07 meters … member of the MIAC All-Academic Team … competed in seven meets throughout her final season … scored at the MIAC Championships in the triple jump, with a seventh-place finish, recording a season-best 10.91 meters … added an 11th-place finish in the long jump at the championships with a mark of 4.93 meters, which was also a season best … won both the triple jump (10.81 meters) and the long jump (38.44 meters) at Saint John’s on April 10 … had two more wins in the same events at the Kent Stahly Invitational on April 17.
2020: Earned a pair of MIAC All-Conference Honorable Mention honors, taking sixth place in the triple jump (10.86) and helping the 4x200m relay team to a third-place finish (1:48.22) at the MIAC Championships … named to the MIAC All-Academic Team … also competed in the long jump at the Championships, tallying a jump of 4.70m … helped the 4x200m relay team to a pair of second-place finishes throughout the season … won the triple jump at the Meet of Hearts on Feb. 15, with a mark of 10.73m … also won the triple jump at the Hamster Invitational on Feb. 7, with a season-best distance of 10.89m.
Outside athletics: Majoring in Biology, while minoring in Chemistry and Forensic Science.
