Rogers High School: Lettered five times in track and field and twice in football … also participated in bowling and National Honor Society (NHS) … qualified for the AAU track and field nationals three times … graduated with high honors.

2024: Took fifth place in the triple jump (13.32m), and sixth place in the high jump (1.87m) at the MIAC Indoor Championship... Prevailed with a career-best 1.96m in the high jump at the MIAC Outdoor Championship (5-10/11), good enough for third place and MIAC Outdoor All-Conference distinction... Registered a sixth-place leap of 13.00m in the triple jump at the MIAC Outdoor Championship... MIAC Academic All-Conference... College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Men's Track & Field and Cross Country Team.

2023: Claimed the MIAC Indoor High Jump Title with a mark of 1.92m... Registered a third-place leap of 6.50m in the long jump at the MIAC Indoor Championship... Came through with a mark of 13.13m in the triple jump at the MIAC Indoor Championship, good enough for fourth place... MIAC Outdoor High Jump Champion with a leap of 1.92m... Took fourth place in the triple jump with a leap of 13.34m at the MIAC Outdoor Championship... January 17 MIAC Men's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week... College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Men's Track & Field Team and Cross Country Team... MIAC Academic All-Conference.

2022: Competed at the indoor MIAC championships in the high jump with a height of 1.86m... Also competed in the long jump finishing third with a jump of 6.48m... Placed fourth in the triple jump with a distance of 13.35m.... Competed in the MIAC outdoor meet in the high jump placing seventh with a height of 1.89m... Placed 12th in the long jump with a distance of 6.42m... Placed sixth in the triple jump with a jump of 13.33m... Named to the MIAC academic all-conference team.

2021: Competed in eight different meets during his rookie season … scored at the MIAC Championships in the high jump with a height of 1.86 meters, which was good for eighth place … also competed in the long jump at the championships, finishing 13^th with a mark of 6.28 meters … won the triple jump at the Hamline Showcase on April 24, with a distance of 13.32 meters … tallied his best high jump height of the year at the Kent Stahly Invitational on April 17, hitting 1.90 meters … added another personal best in the long jump at that same meet, with a distance of 6.59 meters, which was good for second place … had his best triple jump distance at Saint John’s on April 10, finishing second with a mark of 13.32 meters.
