Here you will find daily workouts that you can do at home.


Thursday - 3/19/2020 -- Happy 1st Day of Spring

Suggestions:  Pick a row of exercises. Go through those exercises beginning with timed exercises of :30 and repetition exercises of 10 reps.
Each round leave the timed exercises the same.  Decrease the repetition exercises by one rep.

Friday - 3/20/2020 -- First Full Day of Spring!

Easy introductory home workout. Start with 10 reps for the first set, and drop a rep each round until you get to a one-rep round
Or.... do five sets of 10 reps each round trying to increase the speed of each round.
