Cass Kreitlow returned to the Pipers for his second stint as assistant baseball coach ahead of the 2023 season. Kreitlow was previously the Pipers assistant baseball coach from 2016-2018. He will serve as hitting coach and camp coordinator as well as assist with recruiting.
 
Kreitlow, a member of the Pipers from 2008-11 as a pitcher, helped lead the squad to the 2011 MIAC Baseball Conference Championship. His stellar 2011 campaign landed him on the MIAC Baseball All-Conference Team.
