2019: Named to the MIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in six races throughout his junior season … recorded a career-best at the Jim Drews/Tori Neubauer Invitational on Oct. 19, finishing the 8k in 26:20.5 … added another personal best in the four-mile, crossing the finish line of the Twin Cities Twilight (Aug. 30) in 23:34.7 … placed 54th at the MIAC Championships on Nov. 2, completing the race in 26:58.2.
