Biography
2024: Notched an indoor career-best 8:49.79 in the 3000 meter run, as well as a 15th-place time of 4:28.09 in the one mile run at the MIAC Indoor Championship (2/22-24)... Did not finish the 3000 meter steeplechase at the MIAC Outdoor Championship (5/10-11).
2023: Participated in five meets... Tallied a 26:54.9 at the MIAC Championship, followed by a 27:35.1 at Augustana Regional... MIAC Academic All-Conference.
2022: Participated in six meets... Notched a 28:12.6 at the MIAC Championship, followed by a 28:30.4 at the NCAA Division III North Regional.
High School: Earned 10 letters with the Anoka High School boy's cross country, nordic skiing, and track & field teams... Graduated with the Highest Honors... Member of the National Honor Society, and Spanish Honors Society.
Personal: Applied physics major.
