2024: Competed in six meets… Opened the season with an 18:29.5 in the 5k at the Coach Finanger Invitational… Posted an 8k time of 31:23.0 at the St. Olaf Invitational and followed with a 31:12.8 at the Carleton Running of the Cows… Recorded a 32:13.8 at the Interregional Invitational… Clocked a season-best 31:23.1 at the MIAC Championships… Also competed at the NCAA Division III North Region Cross Country Championships.

High School: Attended Duluth East High School... Earned seven varsity letters... Boy's cross country team captain... Founder of the hot wheels club... Academic letter recipient... Member of National Honor Society... Honor's student... Participated in the bulletin board, and curling clubs.
