2025: Competed in four meets… Posted a personal-best 19:49.6 in the 6,000 meters at the Dragon Twilight Invitational… Ran a personal-best 29:35.4 in the 8,000 meters at the MIAC Championships… Finished 118th at the MIAC Championships… Added a 187th-place finish at the NCAA DIII North Region Championships.
2024: Competed in six meets… Opened the season with an 18:29.5 in the 5k at the Coach Finanger Invitational… Posted an 8k time of 31:23.0 at the St. Olaf Invitational and followed with a 31:12.8 at the Carleton Running of the Cows… Recorded a 32:13.8 at the Interregional Invitational… Clocked a season-best 31:23.1 at the MIAC Championships… Also competed at the NCAA Division III North Region Cross Country Championships.
