2024: Competed in six cross country meets… Began the season with an 18:38.5 in the 5k at the Coach Finanger Invitational… Posted an 8k time of 31:38.7 at the St. Olaf Invitational and followed with a 31:33.2 at the Carleton Running of the Cows… Recorded a 30:43.2 at the Interregional Invitational… Turned in a season-best 30:18.7 at the MIAC Championships… Closed the year with a 30:20.3 at the NCAA Division III North Region Cross Country Championships.
High School: Attended St. Paul Johnson High School... Two-year boy's cross country team captain... Boy's cross country two-mile run school record holder... Member of the "A" Honor Roll each quarter... Recipient of the science and history awards... Participated in brazilian and JiuJitsu.
