2025: Posted an outdoor season-best 11.04 in the 100 meters with a +3.0 wind at the Gary Wilson Invitational and 53.10 in the 400 meters at the Bethel Invitational… Also ran 23.14 in the 200 meters at the Gustie Twilight (4/16) and competed in the long jump with a best of 6.04m (19' 9.75") at the Luther Invitational (2/7)… Competed across sprints and jumps throughout the 2025 outdoor and indoor seasons for Hamline.

2024: Registered an indoor career-best 7.05 in the 60 meter dash finals at the St. Thomas Opener (1/12)... Registered a fifth-place time of 42.88 in the 4x100 meter relay, and an eighth-place mark of 11.21 in the 100 meter dash at the MIAC Outdoor Championship (5/10-11).

2023: Tallied a 16th-place time of 7.28 in the 60 meter dash prelims (7.28) at the MIAC Indoor Championship... Took ninth place in the 4x200 meter relay (1:34.60) at the MIAC Indoor Championship... Prevailed with a seventh-place time of 11.03 in the 60 meter dash prelims, followed by a sixth-place time of 11.06 in the 100 meter dash finals at the MIAC Outdoor Championship... Notched three seventh-place times in the 200 meter dash prelims (22.08), the 200 meter dash finals (22.31), and the 4x100 meter relay (43.46) at the MIAC Outdoor Championship..

High School: Attended Fridley High School... Earned three varsity letters with the Fridley High School boy's track & field team... Recipient of the the Most Valuable Senior, and All-Tri-Metro Conference Awards... Placed seventh in the 4x100, and eighth in the 4x200 meter relays at the Minnesota State HIgh School League (MSHSL) State Track & Field Meet... Graduated with Honors.
