2023: Took 24th place in the mile (4:41.97) at the MIAC Indoor Championship... Secured a 20th-place time of 9:04.74 in the 3000 meter run at the MIAC Indoor Championship... Notched eighth place in the distance medley relay with a time of 12:27.11 at the MIAC Indoor Championship... Took eighth place (9:36.61) in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the MIAC Outdoor Championship... Secured 28th place in the 5000 meter run with a time of 16:35.12 at the MIAC Outdoor Championship... MIAC Academic All-Conference... Athletic Department Kent Bracewell Award.

2022: Competed in the indoor MIAC championships in the 3000 meter run placing 27th with a time of 9:01.78... Competed in the outdoor MIAC championships and placed sixth in 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:47.30... Named to the MIAC academic all-conference team.

2021: Named to the MIAC All-Academic Team … participated in 11 meets during the 2021 season … competed at the MIAC Championships in the 1500-meter run, finishing 12^th with a time of 4:19.96 … tallied a career-best in the 1500-meter run in the prelims at the MIAC Championships, qualifying for the finals with a time of 4:02.07 … added another career-best at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational, taking second in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:59.12 … won the mile run in a meet against Bethel on Feb. 27, finishing in 4:30.68 … had another event win at the Hamline Easter Eve Invite on April 3, winning the 1500-meter run with a time of 4:13.04.

2020: Named to the MIAC All-Academic Team … competed in six different meets during his sophomore indoor season … opened the year with a second-place finish in the mile at the SJU Alumni Meet on Jan. 25 with a time of 4:34.62 … won the 1000m (2:38.98) at the Meet of Hearts on Feb. 15 … put up a personal best in the 3000m at the Hamster Invitational on Feb. 7, finishing in 9:14.32 to take sixth … set a new PR in the mile at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 22, taking sixth with a time of 4:28.11 … placed 14^th in the 1000m at the MIAC Championships, recording a new career-best time of 2:37.13 … also raced in the Distance Medley Relay (DMR) at the Championships that took 10^th with a time of 11:28.00.
