2026: Put together a strong sophomore campaign while steadily dropping time across multiple distance disciplines... Clocked a personal-record time of 5:00.57 in the 1500m run at the University of St. Thomas Joe Sweeney Invite... Stepped up to the 5000m run at the Hamline Invitational, crossing the finish line in a lifetime-best 19:52.03... Ran an outdoor season-best 800m time of 2:21.21 at the Meet of the Unsaintly... During the indoor season, recorded a personal record in the Mile with a time of 5:24.71 at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic... Logged a 3000m run personal record of 11:29.83 at the SDSU Indoor Classic.

2025: Recorded indoor career-bests of 1:40.46 in the 600 at the Luther Invitational (2/8) and 2:23.35 in the 800 at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic (2/21)… Outdoors, posted career-bests of 2:18.98 in the 800 and 5:15.81 in the 1500 at the Meet of the UnSaintly (4/30) and placed third in the 800 at the Gustie Twilight (4/16)… Competed in middle-distance events throughout the indoor and outdoor seasons for Hamline.

High School: Attended Washington Technology Magnet School.
