2021: Participated in seven meets during the outdoor season in the hammer throw … competed at the MIAC Championships, finishing 19th in the hammer throw with a distance of 39.57 meters … started the year with a third-place finish at the Hamline Easter Eve Invite on April 3 with a mark of 40.60 meters … tallied a season-best distance of 42.08 meters at the Hamline Showcase on April 24 to finish second.
2020: Competed in the weight throw in six different meets throughout his senior indoor season … recorded a personal best at the MIAC Championships with a distance of 14.18m, which was good for 12th place … started the year with an eighth-place finish (12.61m) at the SJU Alumni Meet on Jan. 25 … added two other top-eight finishes on the season, placing seventh (12.83) at the Meet of Hearts on Feb. 15 and eighth (13.30m) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic.
