Biography
2025: Posted an indoor season-best 12.09m (39' 8") in the triple jump at the MIAC Indoor Championships (2/27–3/1) and cleared 1.72m (5' 7.75") in the high jump at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic (2/21)… Recorded outdoor season-bests of 6.06m (19' 10.75") in the long jump at the Bethel Invitational (4/12) and a career-best 32.43m (106' 5") in the javelin at the Hamline Invitational (4/5)… Also posted a 12.08m (39' 7.75") triple jump at the Gustie Twilight (4/16) and competed across jumps and multi-events throughout the year for Hamline.
2024: Registered an indoor career-best 2679 in the heptathlon at the St. Olad Invitational (1/26-27)... Prevailed with an outdoor career-best 29.92m in the javelin at the Bethel Invitational (4/13)... MIAC Academic All-Conference.
2023: Fouled on all attempts in the high jump at the MIAC Indoor Championship... Took 13th place in the high jump (1.71m), and 16th place in the triple jump (11.65m) at the MIAC Outdoor Championship.
High School: Attended Delano Senior High School... Lettered all four years in football... Track & field team captain... Health and PE Student of the Year... Earned leading roles in drama productions... Participated on the Student Council... Also a member of the basketball team.
