2025: Posted outdoor season-bests of 6.78m (22' 3") in the long jump at the Gary Wilson Invitational (4/23) and 14.81m (48' 7.25") to win the triple jump at the MIAC Outdoor Championships (5/9–10)… Claimed triple jump titles at the Meet of the UnSaintly (4/30) and Gary Wilson Invitational (4/23), and added a long jump victory at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invitational (4/24–26)… Placed 15th in the triple jump at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships (5/22–24)… Indoors, won the triple jump at the MIAC Indoor Championships (2/27–3/1) and recorded an indoor season-best 6.71m (22' 0.25") in the long jump at the conference meet… Competed across jumps and sprints throughout the indoor and outdoor seasons for Hamline.

High School: Attended Fridley High School... Named to the all-district football team... Named to the All-Tri-Metro Conference Boy's Track & Field Team... Three-time Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) Boy's Track & Field State Meet qualifier in the triple jump... 2024 Hamline Elite Meet participant in the long jump and triple jump... Graduated with Honors, and member of the "B" Honor Roll... Minnesota Honor Society.
