Biography
2025: Competed in middle-distance events for Hamline, posting a 2:12.85 in the 800 meters, 2:57.22 in the 1000 meters, 4:24.10 in the 1500 meters, and 5:03.74 in the mile… Also ran 10:22.00 for 3000 meters and 17:13.00 for 5000 meters during the 2025 indoor/outdoor track seasons.
2024: Registered indoor career bests of 2:57.22 in the 1000 meter run at the St. Olaf Invitational (1/26-27), and 5:03.74 in the one mile run at the Luther Invitational (2/3)... Prevailed with outdoor career bests in the 3000 meter run (10:22.00) at the Redlands Invitational (3/15), the 5000 meter run (17:53.20) at the Macalester Rider/Bolstorff Invitational (4/25-27), the 800 meter run (2:16.47) at the St. Thomas Joe Sweeney Invitational (5/1), and the 1500 meter run (4:35.56) at the Meet of the UnSaintly (5/3).
