2025: Posted outdoor career-bests of 4:01.79 in the 1500 at the Meet of the UnSaintly (4/30) and 10:11.17 in the 3000 steeplechase at the MIAC Outdoor Championships (5/9–10)… Added a 15:39.31 in the 5000 at the Gary Wilson Invitational (4/23) and ran on the 4x800 relay that finished 11th at the MIAC Outdoors… Indoors, recorded a 4:26.65 mile and 9:13.36 3000 at the MIAC Indoor Championships (2/27–3/1) while competing across middle- and long-distance events for Hamline.

2024: Notched a career-best 8:49.79 in the 3000 meter run, as well as a 4:28.09 in the one mile run at the MIAC Indoor Championship (2/22-24)... Did not finish the 3000 meter steeplechase at the MIAC Outdoor Championship (5/10-11)... MIAC Academic All-Conference.

2023: Notched 15th place in the mile (4:34.18), and eighth place in the distance medley relay (12:27.11) at the MIAC Indoor Championship... Tallied a 14th-place time of 9:54.77 in the 3000 meter steeplechase, and a 24th-place time of 4:07.84 in the 1500 meter run at the MIAC Outdoor Championship.

High School: Earned 10 letters with the Anoka High School boy's cross country, nordic skiing, and track & field teams... Graduated with the Highest Honors... Member of the National Honor Society, and Spanish Honors Society.

Personal: Applied physics major.
