2026: Focused heavily on the long hurdles during his sophomore season, culminating in a trip to the conference meet... Competed in the 400m hurdles at the MIAC Outdoor Championships, finishing 23rd in the prelims with a time of 1:03.41... Clocked a lifetime personal-record time of 1:02.43 in the 400m hurdles to take ninth place at the Janis Rider / Doug Bolstorff Invitational... Contributed to a third-place finish in the 4x400m relay (3:46.11) at the Meet of the Unsaintly while also finishing ninth individually in the 400m hurdles... Kicked off his year during the indoor season by setting an overall personal record in the open 400m dash, crossing the line in 55.66 seconds at the Carleton Meet of Hearts.

2025: Posted an outdoor career-best 1:03.54 in the 400-meter hurdles at the MIAC Outdoor Championships (5/9–10) and placed fifth in the 400H at the Gustie Twilight (4/16) with 1:05.21… Also ran the 1500 at the Hamline Invitational (4/5) and the 3000 steeplechase at the Bethel Invitational (4/12), posting 11:33.96… Competed across sprints, hurdles, and middle-distance events throughout the outdoor season for Hamline.

High School: Attended Mountain Pointe.
