Highland Park High School: In addition to track and field, also participated in cross country, Nordic skiing, and Student Council.
 
Career at Hamline
2021: Participated in 10 meets throughout the year … competed at the MIAC Championships in the 4x400-meter relay, helping HU finish ninth with a time of 3:31.65 … recorded a career-best in the 400-meter run at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on May 1, finishing fifth with a time of 53.54 … tallied his best 600-meter run of the year at Bethel on Jan. 23, finishing in 1:30.17, which was good for second place … took second in the 400-meter run at the Easter Eve Invite on April 3, crossing the line in 53.68.

2020: Competed in four meets during his junior indoor season … ran the 600m at the Meet of Hearts on Feb. 15, finishing in 1:31.25, which was good for sixth place … helped the 4x400m relay team place fifth at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 22, recording a time of 3:43.56 … also contributed to that relay at the MIAC Championships, finishing in 3:39.95 to place 11^th.
 
Also runs on the cross country team at Hamline.
 
Outside athletics: Majoring in Marketing … is a Resident Advisor (RA) on campus.
