Watertown Mayer High School: Earned All-Conference honors in the 110m Hurdles his senior season … named captain in track and field and cross country in his final year … went to state meet in Mock Trial and the national meet in Business Professionals of America … also participated in football.
Career at Hamline
2021: Named to the MIAC All-Academic Team … participated in 10 meets during the 2021 season … competed in the 110-meter hurdles at the MIAC Championships, finishing 19th with a time of 17.47 … tallied a career-best time in the 110-meter hurdles at the Kent Stahly Invitational on April 17, finishing in 16.94, which was good for a fourth-place finish … recorded his best 60-meter hurdles time of the season at St. Thomas on Feb. 19, taking sixth with a time of 9.40 … placed fourth in the 110-meter hurdles at the Hamline Showcase on April 23 with a time of 22.22.
2020: Competed in six meets, consistently racing in the 60m Hurdles … placed seventh in the 60m Hurdles at the Hamster Invitational on Feb. 7, while also contributing to the 4x400m relay team that took ninth (4:10.72) … at the Meet of Hearts on Feb. 15, took fourth in the 55m Hurdles (8.85), third in the 4x400m relay (3:38.24), and ninth in the long jump (5.77m) … recorded his fastest 60m Hurdle time of the season at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 22, finishing in 9.44 .. qualified for the MIAC Championships in his main event, placing in the top-20 with a time of 9.51.
