Biography
2026: Focused on the long sprints and relays during his sophomore campaign... Competed on the ninth-place 4x400m relay team (3:28.53) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships... Clocked a season-best outdoor 400m time of 52.70 seconds at the Gary Wilson Invitational... Ran a leg on the runner-up 4x400m relay team (3:31.77) at the Meet of the Unsaintly... During the indoor season, helped the 4x200m relay squad finish seventh (1:33.23) at the MIAC Indoor Championships... Logged indoor personal records of 23.53 seconds in the 200m at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic and 37.13 seconds in the 300m to take third at the Luther Invitational.
2025: Posted outdoor season-bests of 23.09 in the 200 at the Bethel Invitational (4/12) and 52.65 in the 400 at the Gary Wilson Invitational (4/23)… Competed on the 4x400 relay that ran 3:26.68 for fifth at the Meet of the UnSaintly (4/30) and 3:29.33 at the MIAC Outdoor Championships (5/9–10)… Added an indoor season-best of 37.13 in the 300 at the Luther Invitational (2/8) and ran on the 4x200 relay that placed third in 1:30.66 at the MIAC Indoor Championships (2/27–3/1)… Competed across sprint events and relays throughout the indoor and outdoor seasons for Hamline.
