2025: Posted outdoor season-bests of 15.30 in the 110 hurdles at the Meet of the UnSaintly (4/30) and 55.20 in the 400 hurdles at the MIAC Outdoor Championships (5/9–10), placing sixth in the conference final… Won the 400 hurdles at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invitational (4/24–26) in 55.68 and added a first-place finish in the 110 hurdles at the Gustie Twilight (4/16)… Contributed to the 4x200 relay that ran 1:34.95 at the Gustie Twilight (4/16) and multiple 4x400 relays during the season… Indoors, ran a season-best 8.43 in the 60 hurdles at the MIAC Indoor Championships (2/27–3/1) and cleared a season-best 1.87m (6' 1.5") to win the high jump at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic (2/21)… Competed across hurdles, high jump, sprints, and relays throughout the indoor and outdoor seasons for Hamline.

2024: Competed in the high jump (1.82m), 4x400 meter relay (3:40.53), and the 60 meter hurdle prelims (8.78) at the MIAC Indoor Championship (2/22-24)... Registered a seventh-place time of 58.12 in the 400 meter hurdles, and a 10th-place time of 3:41.34 at the 4x400 meter relay at the MIAC Outdoor Championship (5/10-11).
