Minneapolis South High School: In addition to track and field, also played soccer and football … helped his 4x400m relay team take first at the conference meet and set a new school record.
Career at Hamline
2024: Notched a sixth-place time of 1:33.80 in the 4x200 meter relay, and a 13th-place mark of 52.53 in the 400 meter dash at the MIAC Indoor Championship (2/22-24)... Crossed the finish line at 3:41.34 in the 4x400 meter relay at the MIAC Outdoor Championship (5/10-11), good enough for 10th place.
2023: Took eighth place in the distance medley relay (12:27.11), and 11th place in the 4x400 meter relay (3:43.35) at the MIAC Indoor Championship... Tallied a 24th-place time of 1:03.11 in the 400 meter hurdle prelims, and an 11th-place time of 3:29.29 in the 4x400 meter relay at the MIAC Outdoor Championship.
2022: Competed in the indoor MIAC championships with the 4x400m relay team placing 10th with a time of 3:45.09... Also competed with the distance medley team placing 11th with a time 11:27.75... Competed in the MIAC outdoor championships in the 400m hurdle placing 17th with a time of 1:02.14... Also placed 11th with the 4x400m relay team with a time of 3:36.30... Ran with the 4x800m relay team with a team of 8:41.36.
2021: Participated in nine meets during the 2021 season … competed at the MIAC Championships in two events, finishing 22nd in the 400-meter race with a season-best time of 53.72 and helping the 4x400-meter relay team to a ninth-place finish with a time of 3:31.65 … ran his best 200-meter dash time at Bethel on Feb. 27, taking fifth with a time of 26.20 … recorded an eighth-place finish in the 400-meter run at the Kent Stahly Invitational on April 17, crossing the line in 54.48.
