2025: Posted outdoor season-bests of 2:15.78 in the 800 at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invitational (4/24–26) and 11:04.04 in the 3000 steeplechase at the Meet of the UnSaintly (4/30)… Ran 16:56.05 in the 5000 at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invitational and 1:15.08 in the 400 hurdles at the Gustie Twilight (4/16)… Competed on the 4x800 relay that ran 9:01.30 for fourth at the Gustie Twilight (4/16) and 9:06.82 for 11th at the MIAC Outdoor Championships (5/9–10)… Added indoor season-bests of 9:57.18 in the 3000 at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic (2/21) and ran on the distance medley relay that clocked 12:06.64 at the MIAC Indoor Championships (2/27–3/1)… Competed across middle-distance and distance events throughout the indoor and outdoor seasons for Hamline.
