Princeton High School: Graduated as his class’ Valedictorian … named to the Academic All-State track and field team … won the 110m Hurdles at the Mississippi 8 Conference Championships … voted track and field captain twice … lettered three times in football, three times in basketball, and four times in track and field … also participated in Band and Knowledge Bowl. 
 
Career at Hamline:
2022: Competed in the indoor MIAC conference meet in the 55-meter hurdle finishing ninth posting a time of 8.28... Competed in the MIAC outdoor meet placing ninth place in the 110m hurdles with a time of 16.40... Finished 20th in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:05:10... Named to the MIAC academic all-conference team.

2021: Named to the MIAC All-Academic Team … competed in 10 different meets during the 2021 season … started the indoor season with a time of 9.02 in the 60-meter hurdles … had his season’s-best 60-meter hurdle time at St. Thomas on Feb. 19, finishing in 8.91, which was good for a fourth-place finish … recorded a career-best time of 16.07 in the 110-meter hurdles at Saint John’s on April 10, taking second … competed in the 110-meter hurdles at the MIAC Championships, finishing 13^th with a time of 16.25 … ran his fastest 100-meter dash (11.81) of the year at the Kent Stahly Invitational on April 17.

2020: Named to the MIAC All-Academic Team … competed in all six indoor meets during his sophomore season … opened the year with a win in the 60m Hurdles (8.86) at the SJU Alumni Meet on Jan. 25 … took second in the same event at the Hamster Invitational on Feb. 7 with a time of 8.85 … won the 55m Hurdles (8.23) at the Meet of Hearts, while also posting a new personal best in the 200m (25.02) … recorded his fastest 60m Hurdles time at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 22, placing second after finishing in 8.79 … helped the 4x200m relay team score at the MIAC Championships, taking eighth with a time of 1:34.48 … also qualified for the MIAC meet in the 60m Hurdles, taking 12^th with a time of 8.87.
 
Outside athletics: Majoring in Economics and Actuarial Science … member of the Hamline Undergraduate Student Congress (HUSC) Executive Board.
