    Assistant Softball Coach
Erin Farley returns to her alma mater for a second turn as an assistant coach. She is in her 10th overall season with the Pipers during the 2025 season.  

A four-year regular who graduated in 2011 with a degree in Psychology, Farley was a .341 career hitter in 131 games as an infielder for the Piper softball team. Her senior season was her best -- a .387 batting average with five home runs and 33 RBIs. 

She was an assistant at HU in 2012 and 2013 before heading to California Lutheran for graduate school. While there, she stayed in the game as a graduate assistant with the CLU softball team. She earned her masters in Counseling and Guidance for College Student Personnel and stayed at Cal Lutheran for three more seasons as an assistant coach. 

In 2018 she came home to Minnesota and now works at North Hennepin College as an academic advisor.
