Hamline University Athletics

Jake Privette is in his 10^th season as an assistant softball coach during the 2021-22 academic year. With the Pipers, Privette works primarily with hitters and catchers.
 
Privette graduated from Bethel in 2013 with a degree in Psychology. He played three years of baseball for the Royals before turning to coaching. 

The Farmington, Minnesota native was a two-sport star at his local high school, playing baseball and hockey. 

In addition to coaching at Hamline, Privette has also coached a variety of ages at the club level, currently coaching 14u with the Minnesota Magic.
