Jamie Rubbelke joined the Hamline softball coaching staff ahead of the 2020 season. Rubbelke graduated from Hamline in 2016, playing four years of volleyball and softball for the Pipers. Her main duties on staff are to work with the defense.  
 
On the softball field, Rubbelke was a three-time MIAC All-Conference honoree and ranks fifth in HU’s record book with 177 career hits. She also earned a pair of CoSIDA Academic All-District honors. Rubbelke hit .330 or better in each of her four seasons, including hitting for a .418 average her sophomore season. During her senior year, she led the team in on-base percentage (.462), slugging percentage (.628), homers (8), and walks (26).
 
In addition to coaching at Hamline, Rubbelke has also coached club softball since 2016, coaching for the Minnesota Magic.
 
Rubbelke graduated with a degree in Business Administration with an accounting concentration. She currently works as a CPA at an accounting firm in downtown St. Paul.
