Kelly joins the Piper staff for her first season as an assistant coach. She was a two year player at Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Mich. There she helped them to a Final Four appearance in her junior season and a Sweet Sixteen landing the next year. She graduated from Davenport with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, specializing in Sports Marketing. Prior to that, she played two seasons at Delta College where she was a first team All-American and All-Conference member.Â
She moved to Minnesota in 2015 and did a year as a year long internship with the Minnesota Lynx of the WNBA as a Basketball Operations Assistant. There, she assisted in setting up practice and game day routines. . Â
