Moorhead High School: Earned 11 letters throughout her prep career, four each in cross country and track and field and three in Nordic skiing … ran in the cross country state meet twice and the track and field state meet once … graduated as her school’s Salutatorian …  named to the Academic All-State Team … awarded three academic letters.
Career at Hamline
2022: Participated in six meets... Registered a 24th-place time of 24:17.6 at the MIAC Championship... Notched a time of 23:32.0 at the NCAA Division III North Regional, good enough for 44th place... MIAC Women's Cross Country All-Conference Honorable Mention... MIAC Academic All-Conference... Athletic Department Misty Bahr Award.
2021: Participated in six meets... Named to the All-MIAC Women's Cross Country Team with a 14th-place time of 23:27.6 at the MIAC Championship... Tallied a time of 23:11.2 at the NCAA Division III North Regional, good enough for 43rd place... MIAC Academic All-Conference.
2020: No season due to COVID-19 Pandemic.
2019: Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention honors, finishing 20
th at the MIAC Championships on Nov. 2 with a career-best time of 22:59.1 … named to the MIAC All-Academic Team ... placed 75
th at the Central Regional Championships (Nov. 16) with a time of 24:47.8 … finished 16
th at the Twin Cities Twilight three-mile race with a time of 19:05.0 ... ran two other 6ks in less than 24 minutes, finishing the Blugold Invitational in 23:21 and the Jim Drews/Tori Neubauer Invitational in 23:36.6.
