Biography
2025: Competed in five meets… Led the team in both the 5,000 meters (19:14.3) and 6,000 meters (23:43.1)… Posted a personal-best 19:14.3 in the 5,000 meters at the Dragon Twilight Invitational… Ran a personal-best 23:43.1 in the 6,000 meters at the MIAC Championships… Finished 40th at the MIAC Championships… Added a 76th-place finish at the NCAA DIII North Region Championships and a 17th-place finish at the MIAC Preview.
Previous School: Tranferred to Hamline midway through the 2024-25 year from Minnesota State-Moorhead (NCAA Division II).
High School: Attended Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted High School.
Personal: Pre-Medical/Neuroscience Major.
