2024: Competed in four cross country meets… Opened the season with a 30:49.5 in the 6k at the St. Olaf Invitational… Posted a 30:27.3 at the Carleton Running of the Cows and followed with a 30:40.1 at the Interregional Invitational… Recorded a season-best 29:49.1 at the MIAC Championships… Was entered at the NCAA Division III North Region Cross Country Championships but did not start.
2023: Participated in four meets... Registered in at 31:00.2 at the Augustana Regionals... Finished in at 30:23.2 at the MIAC Championships.
