Megan Kaczmarek will begin her first season as a full-time assistant coach with the Hamline University women’s soccer program in 2026.
Kaczmarek transitions into the full-time role after serving four seasons as an assistant coach for the Pipers. During her time on staff, she has contributed to all aspects of the program, including player development, recruiting, and game preparation.
Most recently, Kaczmarek served as the Girls Director of Coaching for the Saint Paul Blackhawks. Since joining the club in August 2021, she oversaw player and coach development for the U11 through U19 age groups while also holding multiple roles within the organization, including staff coach, college liaison, and operations coordinator.
Prior to her time with the Blackhawks, Kaczmarek spent three years with Salvo Soccer Club from 2018–2021. There, she balanced on-field coaching responsibilities with administrative duties as the club’s communications and social media coordinator.
Kaczmarek began her collegiate coaching career in 2016 at North Central University through the NCAA Ethnic Women and Minorities Grant. During her two-year internship and assistantship, she also coached at Cottage Grove United through the summer of 2018.
Kaczmarek earned her Master of Education in sport management from the University of Minnesota and holds a Bachelor of Arts in sport management from North Central University. She also holds a U.S. Soccer B License and the United Soccer Coaches Advanced National Diploma.
