Biography
2026: Scored in two relays at the MIAC Outdoor Championships, helping the 4x400m relay place sixth (4:04.27) and the 4x800m relay place eighth (9:56.77), while also taking 15th in the individual 800m run prelims (2:27.69)... Finished 17th in the mile (5:31.35) and 22nd in the 1000m run (3:13.01) at the MIAC Indoor Championships... Won the 1000m run title (3:10.63) at the Luther Invitational... Set a personal record of 3:08.51 in the 1000m run and helped the 4x400m relay win (4:20.01) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic... Clocked personal records in the 800m (2:24.34) and the mile (5:19.85) at the SDSU Indoor Classic... Posted an outdoor personal record of 1:05.68 in the 400m dash at the Janis Rider / Doug Bolstorff Invitational... Ran a season-best 5000m time of 19:16.79 at the Hamline Invitational.
2025:Â Posted a season-best 1000m time of 3:10.63 at the Luther Invitational and earned top finishes in multiple distance events, including the mile (5:19.85) and 800m (2:24.34).
2024: Competed in the distance medley relay (13:08.52), and 3000 meter run (11:03.61) at the MIAC Indoor Championship (2/22-24)... Crossed the finish line at 10:06.38 in the 4x800 meter relay, and 19:35.53 in the 5000 meter run at the MIAC Outdoor Championship (5/10-11)... MIAC Academic All-Conference.
2023: Registered a 15th-place time of 5:46.35 in the mile, and a 23rd-place mark of 11:10.52 in the 3000 meter run at the MIAC Indoor Championship... Did not compete at the MIAC Outdoor Championship.
High School: Attended Moorhead High School... Two-year cross country team captain... Recipient of the Moorhead Girl's Basketball Hardest Worker Award... Member of the Academic Honor Roll.
