Biography
2026: Competed in both hurdles and sprints during her senior campaign... Scored in the 4x400m relay (sixth place, 4:04.27) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships, while also finishing 14th in the 100m hurdles prelims with a personal-record time of 15.93 seconds and 15th in the 400m hurdles prelims (1:08.26)... Placed fifth in the 4x200m relay (1:46.45) and seventh in the 4x400m relay (4:10.75) at the MIAC Indoor Championships... Set a lifetime personal record in the 55m hurdles (9.07 seconds) at the indoor conference meet... Clocked a personal record of 9.54 seconds in the 60m hurdles to finish fourth at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic... Established a new personal best in the outdoor 200m dash (27.37 seconds) at the Janis Rider / Doug Bolstorff Invitational... Finished first with the 4x400m relay (4:09.00) at the Meet of the Unsaintly and first with the 4x200m relay (1:46.07) at the Gustie Twilight.
2025: Posted career-best times of 9.83 in the 60m hurdles, 16.28 in the 100m hurdles, 1:07.26 in the 400m hurdles, 27.44 in the 200m, and 1:03.14 in the 400m.
Previous College: Transferred to Hamline midway through the 2023-24 school year from University of Jamestown (NAIA).
High School: Attended Rockford High School... Three-time captain of the girl's basketball and track & field teams... Earned 15 All-Wright County West Conference finishes, nine sectional championships, and five state championship appearances in track & field... Named to the All-Wright County West Conference Girl's Basketball Honorable Mention Team... Earned 10 All-Wright County West Academic Team accolades in girl's basketball, girl's track & field, and girl's soccer... Athena, and Triple A recipient... FCA leader for two years.
