Biography
2026: Competed as a premier middle-distance runner for Hamline University... Placed 10th in the 600m run (1:39.64) at the MIAC Indoor Championships... Scored in two relays at the MIAC Outdoor Championships, helping the 4x400m relay finish sixth (4:04.27) and the 4x800m relay finish eighth (9:56.77), while also taking 10th in the individual 800m run prelims (2:19.43)... Clocked lifetime personal records in both the 600m (1:38.28) and the 800m (2:16.32) at the SDSU Indoor Classic... Set a career personal best in the 1000m run with a time of 3:05.65 to finish third at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic... Posted an outdoor personal record in the 1500m run, crossing the line in 4:51.61 to take fifth at the Hamline Invitational... Finished third in the 400m dash with a season-best outdoor time of 1:00.04 at the Gustie Twilight.
2025: Ran the 800 meters (2:20.75) and competed on the 4x400 meter relay (4:17.87) and distance medley relay (13:39.77) at the MIAC Indoor Championship (2/27–3/1)… Took fourth place in the 800 meters (2:17.34) and competed on the 4x400 meter relay (4:12.35) and 4x800 meter relay (10:21.31) at the MIAC Outdoor Championship (5/9–10)… Posted a season-best 400 meters time of 59.76 and ran a collegiate-best 800 meters time of 2:16.36 during the outdoor season… Recorded a season-best 6K time of 24:50.6 at the MIAC Cross Country Championship (11/1)...College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District.
2024: Competed in the 1000 meter run (3:17.49), 4x400 meter relay (4:27.96), and distance medley relay (13:08.52) at the MIAC Indoor Championship (2/22-24)... Took seventh place in the 4x800 meter relay (10:06.38) at the MIAC Outdoor Championship (5/10-11).
